Who is MegaDesk for?

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You get 14 days with every feature. After that it's $9 a month, or $89 a year.

How many businesses can I add?

As many as you run. The price is the same whether you have two or twelve.

Does MegaDesk connect to my bank?

Not directly. You add entries yourself, with a photo of the receipt if you like, set up recurring ones that add themselves, or pull revenue in every day from a Google Sheet or your own system.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Invite people with a link. Admins see everything. Members see only the tasks assigned to them, so you can hand off work without sharing your finances.

Which currencies does it support?

Each business has its own currency. You can choose from USD, EUR, GBP, TRY, CAD, AUD, CHF and JPY.

Is there a phone app?

MegaDesk works in any browser today, and you can add it to your home screen. Apps for iPhone and Android, with home-screen widgets and deadline reminders, are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.

Is my data safe?

Each workspace is isolated inside the database itself, so the separation between accounts doesn't depend on every screen of the app getting it right. You can delete your account and workspace at any time.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you won't be charged again.
